These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the operator (GUSTAV smart solutions s.r.o., Company ID: 17781132, registered office: Na Viničkách 1001/27, Radotín, 153 00 Prague) and the customer when placing online beverage orders through the Typebot.io system. By submitting an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
Age limit: By ordering a beverage containing alcohol, the customer declares in good faith that they have reached the age of 18.
Verification at collection: Age verification will be physically performed by the bar staff before the beverage is issued by presenting a valid identity document (ID card, passport).
Unauthorized order: If the customer is unable to prove they are 18+ or turns out to be a minor, the beverage will not be issued. In such case, the right to a refund of the paid amount is forfeited, as there has been an intentional violation of the terms and law by the customer.
Estimated time: After payment, the customer is placed in a virtual queue. The system generates an approximate pickup time.
Technical variance: The time is only indicative and is based on the actual capacity of the technology. The operator reserves the right to change the preparation time in case of technical difficulties or sudden high demand. Time shifts do not constitute grounds for a discount or withdrawal from the contract.
Collection period: To maintain maximum quality and hygiene standards, the beverage is reserved for collection for a maximum of 10 minutes after completion.
Order forfeiture: If the customer does not collect the beverage within this period, the beverage will be disposed of and the order is forfeited without compensation. Later complaints due to non-issuance of the beverage will not be considered and the customer is not entitled to a refund.
Contract formation: The purchase contract is concluded at the moment of successful completion of the online payment.
Exclusion of withdrawal: According to § 1837 of the Civil Code, the consumer cannot withdraw from a contract for the supply of goods that are subject to rapid deterioration (freshly prepared beverage). After payment, it is therefore not possible to cancel the order.
Technical failure: If a technical failure of the machine occurs that prevents the preparation of the drink, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
We only process data necessary to process the order (order time, order ID). Data is not transferred to third parties and is only retained for the period necessary for the operation of the system.
